Somatics, yoga, and herbs

We’re in this together

Herbal Allies

As an herbalist, I’m passionate about honoring Earth Mother and the medicine She provides. I take every measure possible to ensure my herbs, containers, shipping supplies, etc are all sourced as ethically and organically as possible.

My hope is that, through supporting relationship with plants, we can better honor them and receive the full bounty of their generosity; creating reciprocity with both plants, land, and the stewards of the land we live, grow, and learn from.

Communal Gatherings

Our events braid ancestral wisdom, movement, and herbal relationship. We strive to honor the land upon which we engage in somatic experience, community connection, mutual aid, and expression; creating safer, inclusive spaces for families (yes, kids are often welcome to our events), diaspora, and folks of all identities.

I know that some wellness spaces can feel cookie-cutter and intimidating. I take great pride in being a misfit and creating experiences for those of us who don’t fit the mold!

Movement + Mentorship

A warm place

These offerings are designed to gently explore traumas, biases, thoughts, and behaviors that cause pain and separation to ourselves and our communities; while also celebrating all of who YOU are and hope to be!

In each session, we invite compassionate curiosity; intuitively creating a trauma-informed framework of somatic meditation, yoga, herbs, earth medicine, art therapy, and peer mentorship. We encourage folks to discover their unique journey to heal slowly and more authentically; rippling that same compassionate curiosity, understanding, and healing into their families, communities, and place in the movement for global liberation.
